The Flash Plug in crashes when running with DrMemory...

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start Chrome with DrMemory
2. Goto YouTube
3. Try to play a video What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The video plays and you can investigate problems...
Chrome tells me that Flash plugin crashes before video ever gets to start. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows 7 x64, Chrome tip of tree as of rev 102298, drmemory from http://src.chromium.org/svn/trunk/deps/third_party/drmemory/ , rev 102498 Please provide any additional information below.
