I see about 100 such warnings while running chrome under DrM
(browsing to www.google.com/nopage and www.google.com with -no_follow_children)

That looks like we'not handling some of the allocators?

FTR, I was running with "CHROME_ALLOCATOR=WINHEAP"
and also I see
"WARNING: unable to disable crtdbg checks"
which could be related
