DrMemory 2.6.0 release crashes on start on Windows 10/32bit

**Describe the bug**
DrMemory 2.6.0 release crashes on start on Windows 10/32bit

**To Reproduce**
1. Download and install DrMemory 2.6 on Windows 10/32bit
2. Run it from cmd.exe as $ drmemory --help

**Expected behavior**
drmemory prints help output

** Actual behaviour**
No output on cmd.exe
Cygwin mintty.exe with bash reports a crash

** Note **
If you install Win10/32bit on VMware please use SATA, not NVME for disk emulation, or you get random kernel crashes on Windows Update
