Description

The desktop icon on win10x86: dragging to it or just double-clicking it
results in a blue popup "This app can't run on your PC". It's b/c it's a
shortcut to bin64\drmemory.exe!

Also, the start menu Explore entry can't find "explorer.exe".

Going to live with it for this release: 32-bit kernels are rare, and this
drag-and-drop feature is not used much AFAIK.
