Description
[Dr. Memory browser_tests bots](http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.memory.fyi/console) is getting more tests timeout failure recently. The timeout may come from tests slowdown or Dr. Memory slowdown. We should perform some performance test to see how much slower Dr. Memory becomes since last release.
