Test "handle" fails on Win7SP1x64/VS2012

In the pre-commit suite on Windows 7 SP 1, when building r1812 in 64-bit with VS 2012, the test "handle" finds a different error than expected:

5: C:\dev\dynamorio\pre-commit\build_drmemory-dbg-64\logs\DrMemory-handle.exe.2548.000\results.txt
5: failed to match "Error `#16`: HANDLE LEAK:", found "Error `#10`: HANDLE LEAK:"
5: instead

Logs for debug and release are attached.
