ash forks on exec so can't use drdeploy script and get app pid

we can't invoke the drdeploy script on the ash shell on visor b/c ash does a fork on an "exec" command!
for now using a workaround of doing the work of drdeploy directly in the drmemory.pl script
file this case to record the issue
