CRASH (w2003x64) os_take_over_wow64_extra

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Running Dr. Memory in Debug Mode
( without debug i get WARNING: application exited with abnormal code 0xffffff )
1. Assertion ( https://code.google.com/p/drmemory/issues/detail?id=1418 ) appears
2. Dr.Memory crashes with attached message What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.6.1 windows 2003 server x64

Does the problem go away when running in light mode (pass "-light" to Dr.
Memory)? What about when running with the options "-leaks_only
-no_count_leaks -no_track_allocs"?
