Window title tag {PROFILE} should point at the effective profile rather than "last configuration"

### Describe the issue you are having
{PROFILE} isn't a very useful tag if you ever use the "last configuration" option at startup, because it doesn't show what profile you're actually using, instead just showing "last configuration".

### Did you connect to an already running interpreter or start the interpreter from RIDE?
Start an interpreter

### How do you reproduce the issue?
Edit>Preferences…>Title>Window Title: {PROFILE}
Restart RIDE and select "last configuration"

### Paste the contents of Help → About (Shift+F1)
