File>Save/Save As… missing from menu

### Describe the issue you are having
In today's world, we prefer working with text files. However, this is complicated by not being able to save one's APL item to a text file.

### Did you connect to an already running interpreter or start the interpreter from RIDE?
N/A.

### How do you reproduce the issue?
* `)ed foo`
* Open the File menu and look for "Save" or "Save As…"
