Enable error messages for unsupported components

Description
We need a way for when people try to migrate a ⎕WC app to eWC and eWC at that moment does not support a particular component, it should say something like `unsupported on eWC: sidebar. Please write to support@dyalog.com and we'll see what we can do` or something of this sort.
