Object reference Guide: Missing F1 links/pages

AWS has reported that the following do not have F1 help:

- ShowSIP
- GetAllEvents
- FBCol
- AllEvents
- ReportImageList
- Wizard
- OKButton
- SIPMode
- SIPResize
- Height
- Index
- EndPos
- RowTitle3D
- EvaluationDays

Johndaintree is checking to see which of the following actions ought to be taken for each of these:

- Add the appropriate links (as well as the relevant pages if they are not already present).
- Remove any mention from the documentation.

For example, ShowSIP does not have its own page but is mentioned in an example in https://dyalog.github.io/documentation/20.0/language-reference-guide/system-functions/nl/#dyalog-gui-objects – either it should have a page (and be accessible through F1) or the example should be updated and the mention removed.
