Description
Several tables of icons include two sets of images; one for the current set of icons and one for an obsolete set that can be removed.
The second column of icons can be deleted from:

- [ ] [Editor Toolbar](https://dyalog.github.io/documentation/20.0/windows-ui-guide/editor/#editor-toolbar)
There might be some other places too (I'll add them here if/when I come across them).
