Styling of "Previous" and "Next" bar

The ability to go to the previous and next pages is great but the default bar takes up a lot of vertical space. Would be nice to style it so that it is not as deep.

Another enhancement would be for it to only work within a document and not between them. Is that possible? The landing page does not have it, and the first page of the Release notes (the first document) does not have a "Previous", so I'm optimistic that it might be feasible to configure this!

Start by locating the stylesheet in the documentation-assets repository that controls the Previous/Next bar, then inspect how the documentation navigation is configured. Done means the bar uses less vertical space and navigation stays within a document rather than crossing between documents, if the configuration supports both changes.
