"Code copy only input" stuff from CSS

This is a hangover from the style's origin in the APL Course, where one code block after another is used for an "input" and an "output" block.

Could be removed, since I don't believe this is being used in the Dyalog docs. Alternatively, this could allow the input blocks to have syntax highlighting and the output blocks to not, but needs consideration.
