No instructions on how to configure the IDEs

Throughout the book there are several mentions of different configurations that can be changed, and the book often provides the instructions to change that configuration in the Windows IDE; however, most of the time there is no GUI equivalent in RIDE.

It would probably be a good idea to add a section, or an appendix, or something, that teaches the generics of how to set up the Windows IDE and RIDE, and include a few example configurations.

Things that could be covered include the Windows registry, environment variables, `.dcfg` configuration files, the RIDE pane where you set flags, etc.
