Move Chapter I > “First Contact” > “More About DISPLAY”?

Description
The subsection Chapter I > “First Contact” > “More About DISPLAY” would look good in the chapter “Execute & Format Control”, where output is discussed at length.
However, the “More About DISPLAY” section talks a bit about enclosed/nested arrays, which haven't been properly introduced in “Execute & Format Control”.
Another alternative would be to take the [“disp and display”](https://mastering.dyalog.com/Execute-and-Format-Control.html#disp-and-display) sub-subsection and merge it with the “More About DISPLAY” subsection, _in_ the “More About DISPLAY” subsection.
