Add move feature

You should be able to move parts (a node with all its descendants or multiple nodes) of the tree to a different location.
Maybe with some app bar button to get into the "Move state". Or a multiple selection tool where you can delete or move all selected nodes at once. After that, you have to navigate to the target location and confirm the move
