Description

On my latest blog post if I open the first 2 images on my Fold 7 the entire site will start to flicker for a few seconds.

This doesn't happen in BrowserStack or iOS. Changing the image visibility to hidden stops the flickering (and hides the image).

It seems related to rendering somehow.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on a Fold 7 by opening the first two images in the latest blog post, then compare the behavior with BrowserStack and iOS. Check whether changing image visibility affects the flicker without hiding the image; done means the blog images open without causing site-wide flickering on Android.
