Description
Save a file which shows the save toast, then click on the text input, the toast will become vertically sized and distorted.
This is partly because the toast moves from being part of the TinyMCE element container to it's own container on the body of the page, the "sink" container.

Reproduce the issue by saving a file, waiting for the save toast, and clicking TinyMCE's text input. Inspect how the toast moves from the TinyMCE element container into the page's sink container, then verify that the toast keeps its intended dimensions and rendering while the input is clicked.
