Map field names to their label

Using CCM field names may present a steep learning curve as there's no intuitive connection between the database field names and the data entry field names. Most users will be familiar with the data entry field names.

Proposing a mechanism to map database field names to their labelled name on the data entry side.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Another possibility is a function to describe the CCM objects. This way uses can write their own code to change the field names.
