Mobile - keyboard opening issue

Maybe not an issue, depends how you look at it, but the list of libraries shrinks by a ton when you open the keyboard (since it pushes text up). It made it hard to remember which libraries I even had and it's not necessary to have it in place, so I think making it static would be better.
