Expand README to give more details

I think the README file needs more details. You give the bare minimum of info, and don't show enough examples of how to use all the flags and commands. I would like to see more examples of each of the various features and how to use them. What you have now is more of a reference vs. a way to learn the tool (i.e., most users won't know how to use it at first, and need guidance).
