Description
Previous iterations of this website had a news spinner that had a few interesting things about DAML that would rotate. Looking to add this back with integration with our CDN.
*Expected:*
- [ ] Uncomment out the carousel code
- [ ] Update carousel UX (add buttons for the links)
- [ ] Delete old static data
- [ ] Work with the team to get content ready on CDN
- [ ] Create backend endpoint to expose news data
- [ ] Consume data and generate spinner
*Actual:*
Currently we have a carousel UI element in the theme of the website, but no content to display.
