Add Bespin software versions to logs/job-data.json output file

Description
Add the versions of the software that makes up Bespin(including the ansible playbook version) to the logs/job-data.json data file. This will better document how the results were generated.
The data for this log is created after we finish running the workflow: https://github.com/Duke-GCB/lando/blob/master/lando/worker/cwlworkflow.py#L271.
