Description
Currently the models are download from the oit swift storage:
https://github.com/Duke-GCB/iMADS/blob/7027f6c23fa7dce6495ac5a04d6422761278f6f4/util/create_conf.yaml#L131
This is not a good long term location for these files.
Move these files to another location and update iMADS to use the new location.
