Description
To support https://github.com/Duke-GCB/D4S2/issues/151 add a command to upload files to a bucket that includes a md5 sum of the associated files. Amazon documentation on how to do this from the command line: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/data-integrity-s3/
