Support picking a CWL output JSON file as an input to a workflow

Description
Per https://github.com/Duke-GCB/bespin-cwl/issues/17, if a workflow is broken out into multiple stages, it will be important to be able to easily start stage 2. Since the stage 1 workflow would produce a JSON document with all the results, we should be able to parse that document automatically into the second stage's input.
