Summarize user's choices on Job display

On the job summary page, we display some high-level details about the job, as well as the files that will be staged. We should also include the choices the user has made when creating the job (e.g. study type and library name for exome seq).

> I created two jobs one Small Familial and the other Large Population. On the job running screen there is no way to tell the difference. Long term we may want to provide a way to see more details about a job.
