Document that bespin-cli requires a working ddsclient config

When creating a job yesterday, my job wouldn't create because I was specifying DukeDS files on the production instance but my ~/.ddsclient was pointing to the development server.

After realizing the misconfiguration I was able to get it working, but I notice that we don't document here in bespin-cli that a working ddsclient config may be necessary.
