DukeDS pseudo URI: stored in path or location

Currently the DukeDS pseudo URI works by replacing the value of a `path` key in the job order playload. The `location` option is a more natural fit since it supports URIs. In that case we would need to remove the `location` containing pseudo URI value and add a `path` with the location where the file will be staged into.
