Oracle example

A very natural use of dstack is as an oracle, like fetching from a TLS endpoint and making an attested recording of what was observed, or even more b narrowly a price oracle that retrieves price time series from a price feed API.

I suppose many of the challenges in designing an oracle of this kind are not just the raw mechanics of recording and attesting a feed, but also defining things like averaging or median of several sources and providing circuit breaker conditions.
