[Request] Add an local Folder on Android-FS to check over new versions of installed packets

a Example,
you use a Cloud with an Sync Program over webdav,
you administrate your own Program updates and have an own "Habitate"
in your cloud and handy to hold it really save,
there need a possible for scanning and updates programms from an
own folder (Subfolders) on System-sd or external-SD folder who be
ever updated over a Webdav Sync-programm.
Therefore need's a possible for

"Add a local Folder as install/update Source" (where want recursively scanned) for Droid-ify
