Description

Google Pixel 7 Pro
Android 14 GrapheneOS

On Owner profile I uninstalled an app that was initially installed from Aurora Store. Attempting to install the same app from F-Droid, using Droid-Ify failed silently. No error, no clue of what was happening. Eventually I discovered the app instance in other users profile was conflicting with the installation. Once I removed all instances, it installed.

HOWEVER, after prompting manual install dialog, it still didn't do anything, until I tapped on the notification.

Proposed actions:
1. Droid-Ify should display error messages, and ideally more helpful than official F-Droid client (unknown error)

2. Should be investigated why installation didn't proceed as expected once manual installation prompt was confirmed, and it required another confirmation of the notification.
