[BUG] the dates in the app become MDY (usa)(after reopen) no matter what language is used

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '...' change to any language and date becames DMY (day month year) like its normal all the world
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error - after closing - next time u open the dates are messed up like in "americans" MDY

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

is to the dates to work correctly, to keep the setings correctly DMY , but the dates of the releases in any page go to the default american way

maybe if u put the default language as en-uk (aspart from en-us) it will not have this problem
