[Feature request]: Nearby Share

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

- It may very well be possible that you may be without an internet connection and are in a need to transfer apps or updates. In such situations it's critical to have a way to do this.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

- A feature that allows apps to be shared to other devices without internet.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

- Sharing APKs over bluetooth. 🚫 Depending on appstores APKs may not be available and is too cumbersome. Doesn't integrate with appstore client nicely either and other misc issues. Also non-techsavvy people would be bamboozled by it.

- Having a seperate app. 🚫 Nearly no one would have it so it would be practically useless.

- F-droid has something like this.
