Update all but ignored apps

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Sometimes, I ignore a release of an app if the changelog isn't significant enough (to me). Meanwhile, I would like to update all other apps. But I guess the intended behavior of **Update All** button is to update all apps. It does not respect users' choice to ignore some updates.

Can you make **Update All** button respect users' choice and updates only those apps which aren't ignored? Thanks.
