[BUG] app still there in update tab after uninstallation

### What's going wrong?

There was an update for the app, but instead of updating, I deleted it through droidify, but the update still shows.

### How do we reproduce it?

1. Download this app 2nd last version of this app https://f-droid.org/packages/com.sleepguard/
2. It will show an update.
3. Uninstall the app from the droidify app.
4. It will still ask you to update.
