Eat (more of) Our Own Dog Food

NOTE: We are already using Dbux on our dbux practice projects, but maybe we can turn up the heat a bit.

Set everything up to use Dbux on Dbux (we started this, but due to deadlines were not able to complete it).

Allow using Dbux to investigate:

* [ ] `@dbux/babel-plugin`
* [ ] `@dbux/runtime`
* [ ] `dbux-code`
