Description
What problem will this feature address?
In the way the system is currently set up, the cluster feature is only added to the main service (at least from the add cluster GUI).
Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be simpler if we can select the node that the user wants and allow for easier cluster access on the said server
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running the docker swarm join command manually
Additional context
No response
Will you send a PR to implement it?
Maybe, need help

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing cluster flow from the add-cluster GUI and identify how the main service performs setup. Define how a selected remotely managed node should be targeted and how access should be established. Done means users can select a node and complete cluster setup without manually running docker swarm join.
