Description
What problem will this feature address?
Users currently have no way to dismiss an available update from the GUI, even if they don't want to install it yet.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Dismiss update option to the update notification.
After dismissing an update, Dokploy should no longer show that update as available until a newer update is released.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Ignoring the update notification
- Updating immediately, even when the update isn't wanted (yet)
Additional context
The dismissed update should be remembered across page reloads and sessions.
Will you send a PR to implement it?
No

Start by locating the GUI update notification and the existing update-availability state or persistence entry point. Trace how the currently available version is identified, then verify the dismissed update remains hidden across reloads and sessions but reappears when a newer update is released.
