Description

What problem will this feature address?

There is no permission in the menu to allow a role / user to get permissions to use or create a build server. If we want to assign a build server to an application or service, an admin has to go in and do it themselves.

Describe the solution you'd like

What would be a solution is a way to give some users or roles the permission to change the build server for applications (view them and select them) and / or create a new build server. An option in the current permission menu would suffice for this, this way we can quickly change who needs what permission without giving them too many unnecessary permissions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now everything has to go through the Dokploy admin, which is slowing us down a lot.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing the current permission menu and the flows for assigning or creating build servers; done means users or roles can be granted only the requested build-server permissions and those permissions are enforced.
