Description
What problem will this feature address?
Currently /dashboard/deployments shows the time the deployment was created at, and the status.
A build timer is useful to determine if the duration has been increasing over time, or is currently stuck.
Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to github actions, include both a timestamp of when it started (currently exists) and a duration.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Deployment times can be determined by navigating to projects and their respective logs, which is cumbersome. Having the information on a dashboard so previous deployment times are visible simplifies the process.

Research direction
Start at the /dashboard/deployments route and trace how deployment timestamps, statuses, and historical entries are loaded and rendered. Add the duration alongside each deployment's start timestamp, including the currently running or stuck state, and verify that previous deployment durations remain visible.
