Description
What problem will this feature address?
Running the dokploy panel behind something like cloudflare access makes the acme challenge impossible to complete as the endpoint is not accessible for letsencrypt.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability to define a custom Certificate Provider for dokploy, just like it is already available for applications.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried manually editing the traefik config files, but this broke the panel access entirely.

Research direction
Start by tracing how custom certificate providers are configured for applications and how the panel's Traefik configuration is generated. Compare the panel path with the existing application behavior; done means the panel supports an equivalent provider without manual configuration changes and remains accessible behind services such as Cloudflare Access.
