Description
What problem will this feature address?
I am using a remote Build Server to build changes to main. However, preview deploys still build on the host machine.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability for the preview deploys to also use the configured build server for the project. This could just be the default behaviour if a build server is already setup for the project.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I am open to alternatives. I could not think of any.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by tracing how preview deployments select their build environment and how the project's configured remote Build Server is represented; done means preview deployments use that server when it is configured, with behavior confirmed by an appropriate deployment test.
