Description
What problem will this feature address?
Currently, you need to use an SMTP email to send a mail notification, but sendmail is easier to install, setup and maintain. It would be lovely if Dokploy could send emails from a sendmail installed on the server.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability for email notifications to be sent via sendmail, if that's available on the server, so we don't have to setup an SMTP email.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
Additional context
No response
Will you send a PR to implement it?
No

Research direction
Start by locating the existing SMTP email-notification implementation in the TypeScript codebase and trace how its transport is configured. Done means email notifications can use a sendmail installation on the server instead of requiring SMTP, with the available-server behavior clearly verified.
