Description
What problem will this feature address?
Display Notification in-app to notify current user about important events to be done/failed.
This would help the use to administrate and do things in parallel and get notified, f.ex. as soon a deployment fisnihes, so he/she doesnt have to check in on the task themselfs over and over.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a notification-provider to publish notifications over a ws to notify the frontend (when its active) about important events / changes.
The FrontEnd Could then just display the event and a link to it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
new feature
Additional context
QOL feature, so thats optional :)
Will you send a PR to implement it?
No

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by mapping how backend events could reach the active frontend over WebSocket, then define the notification payload, event links, and behavior for important events such as deployment completion or failure. Done should include an agreed scope and verification of delivery and display.
