Description
What problem will this feature address?
I'd like to be able to receive a notification when a scheduled task fails. This would allow me to quickly see via Discord if any errors occurred without the need for me to manually check each task periodically.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new 'action' to the notification screen for 'Scheduled task error'. Which would have a description along the lines of 'Trigger the action when a scheduled task fails'.
If a task fails, the notification would include the timestamp, related project/service, and the name of the scheduled task.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None.

Research direction
Start by locating the notification screen and the scheduled-task failure handling using the issue's terms. Trace how existing notification actions are defined and how failures expose the timestamp, project or service, and task name. Done means a new “Scheduled task error” action can trigger a Discord notification with those details.
