Description
What problem will this feature address?
I want to use a base domain, always and enforce it. In the case that a random generated or custom, but always appending the base domain.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Add a settings to add a base domain and append by default to random generated (instead of traefik.me)
- Add an option to enforce the base domain. Random or manual defined domain must append the base domain.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by locating the settings that control generated and manually supplied service domains. Define completion as supporting a configurable base domain, appending it to generated domains instead of traefik.me, and enforcing it for both generated and manually defined domains.
