Description
What problem will this feature address?
Would be nice if the apps in the projects can have an icon for easy spotting, could be using the same as the template when it applies, or we could integrate https://selfh.st/icons/ or https://dashboardicons.com/ to find icons for custom projects
Describe the solution you'd like
Just add an optional icon to the projects
Describe alternatives you've considered
None
Additional context

Will you send a PR to implement it?

Research direction
Start by locating how projects and their apps are represented in the TypeScript code, then inspect how template icons are currently selected or rendered. Compare the proposed selfh.st/icons and dashboard-icons sources, and define the optional-icon behavior and fallback before implementing it. Done means projects can display a custom or applicable icon without breaking projects that have none.
